It leaks slow, and the rad fan sprays it on the manifold and burns it...

the hose is in big circle, leak is little circle (fitting).

smells like oil, but is it a power steering line?

Grab one from the junkyard. Your local Honda dealership should be able to hook you up with any seals/gaskets/etc that you'll need.

Oh yeah.... power steering fluid strips paint so be careful about that.

believe so, I just went through the same thing. Napa has a hose for about $40, autozone $85, pepboys $75 (better quality $134), had the same problem, the oil is dripping from the powersteering pressure hose that's above the manifold, it may not even be hitting the fan. My radiator was leaking first and engine was smoking, got the radiator patched and still the white smoke, i thought it was the o2 sensor, but after further inspection, the fluid from the powersteering pressure hose above the manifold was just slowly dripping down on it. I would smoke about every 4 or 5 stoplights and when I would stop. I got the hose from autozone with a lifetime warranty, but it shouldn't mess up again.

Napa price may even be cheaper than $40, it was probably like $30. I wasn't sure it was the right piece so I went elsewhere, I took it to my mechanic after buying it from autozone and it's the right one. On one end it connects to the rack and pinion, it's a metal tube slender that's curved to go around the back bottomside of the engine down to the rack-n-pinion. and the top or side with the hose on it connects with a square like tip that connects to the power steering pump? Or the housing that's to the left of the powersteering resaviour, if your facing the engine.

I had to go a week with it dripping because at first a radiator shop told me the hose was $300 because it was a lx-i, I put duct tape on it and I could see the hole or where it was drippin from because it collected on the tape in that area and the heat was melting the tape. No not on the end at all it was the actual hose that had the hole in it

Yo, napa has it for $30 and that's the hose you need.

You gotta be David Copperfield to get that thing down and around the frame to connect it. It took me a full pot of coffee.
