A buddy of mine is like
"yo JDM guy JDM" because he claims he has a JDM A20A in his garage. WELL!
I went to see it and it looks the same as my USDM A20A engine.
How can I tell just by looking at it if it is indeed a JDM A20.
ALSO...are there any internal differences known between the JDM and USDM engines?
Tnkx for any info!

That happened to me...I drove to MTL to check out a "JDM-A20A"...turns out it was a stupid dual carb engine!
No disrespect to the dual carb peeps....side drafts are cool and old-skool and deserve respect for being carbs..
But disrespect to the guy that does not know the diff between a MPFI engine and a carbed engine!

OK cool....
What about casting quality? Port size? Piston bore/stroke? Cam lift and duration?
All the same as the USDM?
What about throttle body bore size?
Does anyone know?
Gear ratios to the JDM tranni?
