Flip Top Trunk question.

I read the howto on the Flip Top Trunk and I was wondering if anyone has done this and has pictures. I do not quite get the idea. I did a search and found nothing.

he did the hinge on the end and then a little hook on the other side to keep it closed

dont buy a kit...its just hinges you can get from walmart or lowes
