Get the free engine, sell it to some riceboy and use the money to get an Accord or Prelude engine.

Same thing... sell it and use the money to buy an Accord or Prelude engine.

IF is build to produce 180 hp, you shouldn't have much trouble selling it.

sell the zc complete swap and pick up a h22a vtec or h23a. the h seires swap will bolt right into the accord i dont know if you can put a zc in an accord.

civic engine in accord= waste of time and effort, sell it, and try to get a prelude engine from the new gens.

That is a weak engine going into a much heavier car than it was ever put into. Get it, sell it and buy a freakin F22, they are much better for about the same cost.

why would ANYONE want to put a civic motor in an accord??!!

think about it...civic's are light as hell, our accords are heavy..
and with that little torqueless motor in your accord..you aint goin nowhere in a hurry...
sure it may have 180hp...but it's got no torque!
the torque is what gives you your power...

thats why you should stick with a stronger engine such as b18, b20, h22....much more torque to haul our asses around..:D

b18 and B20... you really know what you're talking about don't you?

Please next time you get a bright idea like this... keep it for yourself...

a little 30 sec research would have showed you why you DO NOT want a B series engine in a 4th gen Accord.

The best engines for that car are the H series and the F series (xcept the F20C)

The reason the ZC isn't a good choice isn't because it's torqueless... HELL HE'S GOT THE ENGINE FOR FREE!!!

The reason why you don't want this is because of the work involved to make it fit... it just doesn't fit in there.... Custom mounts, custom axles, custom shift linkage.... you could as well put a SR20DE in there or a 4AGZE..... same work involved.....
