Damn Carot, nice job on that one. I like the front knuckle freshly blasted and painted, and no splash guard on it. Looks much nicer like that. I've got that same brake setup up front, stops on a dime huh? I could not believe the braking difference. The brembos for the back are sitting in a box at home, hopefully soon I'll get the time.

Did you end up changing out the proportioning valve too? If not, how's the front/back braking distribution feel?

Hold on Mike! Those picture were takes in August :) I'll install the bar as soon as it stops raining.

markmdz89hatch, I did change the prop valve so I can't comment on the braking distribution wihtout it.... but I got only one thing to say about htis brake setup.... DAAAAAAMMMM it stops on a dime.

If I slam the brakes à 80mph, the wheels will just lock... I need better tires

Good to see some progress and that you got some Koni's since they are hard to come by these days. Have you done anything else to your B20A? I send some samples to ARP and got all new exh studs, rod bolts, and head bolts. Im waiting on the headbolts so its not 100% yet untill i can try them.

Nah the B20A has been waiting in my basement for almost a year now. It's cosmeticaly cleaned but that's my next step. All I need from Japan now is a head gasket set and an oil pump. Once I get those parts, the project will begin!

Thats a sick job. Looks tight Mr Canadian!

I gotta start working on my breaking. The car stops pretty quick and nice but I want something hot like yours :D. That's not on my list until early next year tho ;)

how do your koni's feel? i set mine to the hardest setting and the car feels like it's riding on rails like a slot car. the handling is awesome but it's also a harsh ride. maybe i should adjust them softer but i'm too lazy. it's hard to adjust cus you have to take off the whole assembly altogether again. it's a pain. i'm just wondering how you set yours and how it feels. i think i could be riding on my bumpstops too since my bumpstops are about 3" thick and my car is dropped 2.25" on sprint springs. that's probably why the ride is so rigid.

I used the Honda OEM bushings.... I didn't bother looking for eurethane bushings. It's a game of trial and error I guess.

My koni are set at around 70% stiffness. I'll lower that to 50%.... the ride is a bit harsh compared to the tokico but at least it doesn't bounce anymore.
