Not sure exactly what this falls under so ill post it here and hope someone tells me. Its nothing major just trying to get the clock to work. What fuse is it? I thought it was 11 replaced it but still got nothing. What else could cause it not to work?

It could be burnt out. It could also be grounded out.
Do you have a multimeter? If you do, disconnect the clock. You should have ground on the black wire.
Next there should be 12 volts on the white/yellow wire at all times.
Then 12 volts should be on the Yellow wire with the key on.

check both fuses there should be a fuse under your dash and in the engine compartment under the black box
It wasn't me. But since it was brought up fuse#2 in the dash fuse box.

It also could be a loose or disconnected plug on the back of the clock.
