Is there such a thing that makes your windows roll up automatically whenever you turn the car off?

yes, it comes in some newer cars (jetta)! I dont know how it works but its probably done with relays

I would assume that it works the same way most security lights work, the ones that come on when the car turns off. You have 3 wires coming from a relay, constant 12v, neg, and a wire that should get 12v when the car is on and go to ground when the car turns off.
