if you dont have emmisions where you are, buy a Weber...

im asuming your askin cuz yours is fucked

Hey its not too bad of a carb, much nicer than a Mikuni that was on my 87 Mitsubishi.

I agree, buy a weber if emissions is not an issue, there are numerious articles about them on this board.

Actually, I can't really complain. I have pretty much kept my engine stock. And I really am not aiming towards making my car go fast or anything. I am Mr. Yes My Car Is Going To Look Like It Is Still In 1988, so there really is not need for me to dread emmissions other than the money spent, and time wasted sitting in line. Heh. I pass them everytime anyway, unless they try and get me for some shit like "leaky gas cap pressure".

It lists a Weber for the Manual Trans, but what about the Auto???

good question i would like to know as well. My carb is about dead so i figure ill need a new one i might as well start with a better carb. i have an auto can this work with an auto? or is there a sep carb

You use the same carb for the auto. However you need to have some way of connecting the Auto kickdown cable to the throttle linkage.

Although some auto accords came with the auto kickdown cable connected to the pedal assembly. So you don't need to set up a seperate linkage for the cable on the weber.

I got tired of the snags I got in the throttle movement so now I just pull the cable by hand using a cable I routed thru the firewall. Which is nice in a way since you get to controll the shift points of your car by hand. Some of you might find that annoying though.
