it's a custom made Weber racing carb intake manifold by CRC motorsports:
Weber DCOE40s with A20 Intake Manifold.
$250 for the carbs, $150 for the Manifold.

One of the Venturis is missing, but they are easily obtainable.

This was a prototype manifold, so the welds aren't pretty--nothing a little careful grinding won't fix. But, it's airtight and solid.

There are no bosses for vacuum, so you may need to tap the runners to run the brake booster.
