cylinder head work

replacing the cyliner head on a 1990 honda accord. anyone got anything to make it go along any faster? what are the touque specs for when i put it all back together?

you should get haynes or chilton manuals they are will help you a lot.
plus we don't know the torque specs for 4th gen accord. this is 3rd gen accord board.
