I need your help? I am looking to get Mike a security system for christmas and I have no clue what kind to look for that would suit his LXi. So if all you guys could let me know what to look for and where to look for it at, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, nothing too too fancy, just somthing that is of good quality and is reliable.

Thank you,
Tara

AWWWWWWWWWWWWW how cute. dont get anything from walmart! my advice go down to the local alarm/tint store and see what they have in your price range. if its a reputable shop it wont carry shit like walmart and most anything would be decent. just remeber that you get what you pay for. as long as its a good shop then chances are you will get a good alarm no matter what the price. just the more you spend the more features and crap itll have.

or just get a new boyfrined ;) hahahahahahahahahaha jk blood and no offense ladyofblood

Thanks Jester, I'll check it out. Nahhhh I wouldn't leave Mike...... So I hear your coming to the meet? It should be a good time. Hostile and his girlfriend and daughter just left here not too long ago....they seem pretty excited. Hopefully the weather will be nice and the Eagles will win.

I have an Avital made by Tornado. Has saved my Accord 5 times.

Hey Mike,

How much have you spend on the Avital? Did you install it yourself or get it done?

Thanx Tara

i have the viper 850xv and although i havent had to find out how effective it is, its a very functional alarm, and ive tested it out myself and it works really well...

I installed it like 7 years ago. I paid $90 from a friend at cost.
