Another Window Question

Well my 89 accord dx has manual windows and the frond driver and passenger windows go up just fine but to bring them down its tough and i am afraid that i might break the handle.

does anyone know what to do?
i just replaced the driver side window(some asshole thought it would be smart to try and steal my system but he failed)

i havent put the inside of the door back on cuz i am thinking i might have to adjust it still or sumthing

any help would be nice

Well if the window goes up straight just lubricate all the tracks and gears. I did that on other cars and it made a huge difference.
