help car wont start!

:wtf: I have a 88 accord lx-i with a bt in it and it ran then be bat. died and i tried to jump with a bat charger/jumper that uses 400 volts or watts im notsure which one it was but now it wont start!! is anyone can help me id appreciate it!! thanx

its deffinately not 400volts. what happens when you turn the key? anything? what exactly happens when you try to start it?

it tries to start but it just wont. could jumping it kill the ignition coil?? or could it be more serious??
