6.5 inch... most aftermarket speakers are way deeper than stockerz... you will have to cut the back out of the speaker basket

Or you could just get some decent 5.25's. They will fit a lot easier.

Sure, as long as they are not too deep. If so you will need to do some cutting.

so is there anyone that has aftermarket 6 1/2's in the front that didn't had to cut the back part of the speaker mounts? what kind of speakers ya'll have? :D

It's no big deal to cut out the basket, and it doesn't affect anything if you wanted to go back to stock or something. Just do that, I think it took me 2 min per basket, and you can get some great speakers that way.
