If its a manual its very hard. If its power its almost impossible.

Which one do you have?

I replaced my manual antenna. It was a real bitch. I ended up having to take the whole dash out because the antenna cable was caught between the dash and firewall. I don't have a power antenna, but I can imagine it's a pain too. Taking the dashboard out isn't that hard, just time consuming. You need to drop the steering column, take the radio out, disconnect the heater controls, and then procede to take out the screws and bolts that hold the dashboard in place.

Once you pull the dashboard out off the quide pin and out of the car you have free run at the antenna. It's two screws on the roof and and how ever many at the power motor.

It seems a lot of work just to fix an antenna, but it beats shitty reception.
