My accord wont start. When i turn it on,. the lights and everything come on and the engine wont start. Do you think its the battery or the starter?

Funny thread. It could be anything from the ignition to the coil to the main relay and the list goes on. Make sure the battery is fully charged before doing anything else.

Do you have a volt meter? If you do or could get one check to see if you have 12 volts on the white wire at the starter with key off.

Then check for 12 volts on the black/white wire at the solenoid (on the starter) with the key in the start position.

If the voltage is on both wires there's a good chance that your starter is shot.

You dont even need a volt meter. Just use your tongue :)
