I would say, save your money. When you open the little box, you will come to find that you could have put it together yourself after a visit to your local radioshack. We use a similar trick on the mass airflow sensors with the nissans as well.

There is a realistic purpose behind it. The idea reminds me of this (http://www.jcw.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?productId=5497&catalogId=10101&langId=-1&storeId=10101) .

Save your money and get real performance parts.
Its probably a 12 cent resistor for the intake air temp sensor or something stupid like that.

Well those do work but like ZERO said you can do it much cheaper your self. That Venom chip is a little pricie but what about this set up with the Nissans.

If you do, post a thread with your review of the module.

Oh god please don't buy it. Buy something else with $33 like an accel coil or rig a new intake. That will get you more power.

dont chip your car man...common...

That thing is BS.

Every car needs a diff fuel map so you need something adjustable and the know how to adjust it!

If you are serious about getting gains through the ECU I urge you to read this web page first

Good call on hondata. They make more power by rechipping and reprograming the right way. Too bad they have nothing for our cars.

As for the original item in this thread. That guy on ebay has sold a lot of old Vette parts. So why the hell is he trying to hock a Honda product? Plus look at the years. It works on 88-97. Those are some weird years. They start and end in the middle of the generations. There is verry little if any (probably not any) computer parts a 88 and a 97 Accord have in common.

I know a simple mod, and it works - go out and get a prelude distibuter, and ecu and there you go, mad gains in the upper rpm range.. but I am not sure what year (think it is 85-87)
