efe heater?

i think i found out why the lx may have been acting up.
i looked on paul's manual. and checked the connection between the control unit.
no volt's.
so does the ecu control the efe relay? in fact i don't get no voltage to the a/c idle booster either.
so is the emission's control unit the suspect??????

was the A/C even on when you tested the voltage?

Also the EFE is on when the car is starting, but it should shut off after the car is warmed up.

yep.
and i tested the efe with the car cold; overnite cold ya know.
plus some of the guy's (and gal's) on this board said that they dissconnected the thermovalve's so it'll idle @ 600-1000rpm's. but with his it starts up rev'a @ 2000 then the vaccuum kick's down the f.i.u. , then the car sputter's then shut's off.
i don't think the thermovalve work's either.
i feel something is but not really wrong with the ecu?:sadwave: :confused: :stick:
