 Edelbrock is the shit. I love their products, they are top quality.

They are jumping into the sport compact wave head first and have allready released a D series turbo. Now they are ready to release one for the B series. Here is some info in them.

I don't have any numbers yet but I am sure they will be good. The D turbo kit is in the mid $3,000 range. So I am guessing it is in that range.

a20's are underrated. there is WAY more potential for the a20 then the b16.

2 names. Sean and Johnny O. Search, read and learn.

Show me a b16 that can boost 12 lbs on STOCK INTERNALS pushing over 200whp with over 150,000 miles on it and i'll take back my statement.

I can show u N/A B16'a making close to 200whp.. I have seen Johnny's O's car run 11's with 34psi. That's not great. A for sean.. I see no time slips, so I don't comment. A20 needs boost to do things VTEC can do without. Fastest "ALL MOTOR" 9.99 B18c1.. find me an A20 that can do that.

you have a point, but that 'all motor' b18 probably has tens of thousands of dollars into it. for that money, you can make any motor fast. For my money, i'll stick to my SOHC cast iron, closed deck, bullet proof block.

oh yeah, and if johnny gets his head flowing right, he'd be in the low nines. Theres not reason not to get that fast boosting 35lbs.

It's fairly accurate. At the lowest I got around 136hp. Yes it revs to 7,500 but thats where I wanted the power. I still haven't taken the motor up that high ever since I put on the muffler to quiet down my custom header. I'm not going to post 1/4th mile times since there is no way my car will match up to a 5 speed off the line. Auto's can't hold first gear beyond 6,300 or so rpm. so I loose a lot of power when I have to shift early.

As for the way the graph is layed out... I can feel the pull at around 4,000 rpm so I know that the values I entered for the cam matches the expected powerband to the actual powerband.

One thing that doesn't seem right is at the very begining where the torque numbers climb rapidly and then holds till about 3,750 rpm.... I don't think that is as true as the graph suggests.

Ok I am not much into kits either.
But I do like Edelbrock a lot.
I have installed a Intake manifold, carb, water pump, air intake, timing chain and a camshaft from them. From what I have seen they use good materials. Everything is real clean, deburred, polished and ready to bolt on. They have very detailed instruction for installation and proper break in. So yea, if I do decide to go turbo with my Integra I probably will go with one of these if I can manage to save up a few grand.

yeah its shiny and pretty, but wastegates that dont open up even when they are polished will still fuck your engine up... ;)

Those pics are from a trade show. I don't see it on their website either. They should be selling it soon enough.

i believe its the D series kit that blew the motor cause they did not use the right boost gauge, they were pushing like 20 psi on stock internals as they said towards the end of their article, but for a weekend job for our amatures, damn it has everything we need. Edlebrock has to make one for us baby.
