instaled reverse glow gauges now speedo wont work

Did you remember to plug the speedo cable back in? I pulled mine apart once and forgot it when I put it all back together.

Oh no! Is it a speedo thong! I would hate for my speedo thong to stop working!!! :BARF: lol. Anyhows, maybe the needle came loose, just open it back up and check everything you can think of!

o man did u take the needle out!?! if u did.....damn lol like steve said make shure your speed-o cable is plugged in right that happened to me too

I don't see how people mess up there gauges when they install silver or white faced gauges. All you do is slide the needles through the opening and then put the screws back in... How can you mess up???

I guess people try to pull off the needles or make it harder then it is... I know when i put my white faces on I didn't have any problems and they slid on fine without ever touching the needles or messin up anything...

yep crwa you are right...you just need to take your time and put them on...if you are in a rush to do them do it another time...speedo clusters are not cheap if you mess them up(no they cant be fixed)...even jankyards charge out the ass for a cluster

well i got the speedo fixed it was an internall prob but i still am getting the apexi rev speed meter and for future refrence my gauges where from a 90 to 93 accord and they where custom made i paid $41.00 for them i can fad them from light green to violet dim or bright once i get pic ill post and in the process i hooked up a dope ass volt meter (electronic) and mounted it up on the seat belt lights by the mirror and disconected the buzzer and lights hehehe so now i know i am running at 13.6 volts when the car is on (idle) and a sad 10.7 when off (battery relocation trunk)

why did you buy 90-93 accord gauges. there are companies that make them for our cars. I bet your speedo is off.

nope my speedo is not off all i hade to do is turn them slightly to the right it looks better that way any way and they r the 140 mph . the 86 to 89 accord gauges look like crap but mine where custom made for 90 to 93 and i have the only set they look so much better so it worked out for the best
