I wasnt trying to win any awards with these pictures... lol

My car has been running since July and the wheels were just temporary, I sold them last week to Maurice.

Must be hard as hell, yo. Or maybe he's already installed it on the blue DX hatch, but painted the hood to match the body. :D

The box is empty!! ;) For real this CF hood was on for a day, but it didnt line up right and some modification was needed to the bracket in front and with some swap bugs and me living at school this year instead of commuting it wasnt a #1 priority. You do a swap like this and you come to a point where you just want to drive the car. I was ready to drive it without the hood and front bumper!

I know where you got the hood, but when I tried to order one from the site, I couldn't find the place you go to order one. NICE CARS!! Some of them could use some wheels though. lol. That 5g could fit 18's on it, that would look mint too!

guaynabo89, Did you have to do a lot to fit your hood on? It seemed like nobody else had any problems so i assumed they fit good out of the box.

I've had problem getting mine to fit right. It came off off tightwhitelx's car after eh blew the headgasket. He had the same fitment issues. It seems to peak quite high in the center, and I also get a lot of flexing as highway speeds. Were you able to fix any of this?

I actually had to modify the front latch to be able to adjust it further down for the hood to come down in the front.

There is one thingn though, the hood kind of bows up in the middle. SO if you look at the fender the hood sits flush at the front and rear but kida peaks in the middle.

I've been looking at alot of cf hoods at shows and around town and this seems to be a fairly common problem. I think I might have found a way to take care of this problem though.:owned:

Had to use that.
