How often should you change the transmission fluid? It's a manual.

If your trany don't shift right or noisy. Or very dusty conditions. I'd say every 30-40 K. 10-w30 is cheap.

Tranny fluid changes on Honda's(manual or auto) are amazingly simple. For that reason, I'd change it at least twice a year. Once in the spring and once in the fall. Cheap insurance.
