Tranny problems??

ok, well, whenever im taking off, i get a weird grinding sound when i shift into 3rd (its a grinding, but its not as loud as a grinding gear in a missed shift, and this only last for about 1/4 of a second) kinda like a 1st.....2nd........(grind)3rd.....4th......5th. but it doesnt do it if i pause when shifting, like if i stall my actual movement of the shifter into 3rd gear, then no grinding, and it also only does it from 2nd to 3rd, not a 4th to 3rd downshift or even the 4th to 5th that resembles a 2nd to 3rd in movement (see diagram) is this a tranny problem or improper clutch adjustment, or what, not really a problem, just pretty a-f*ckin-noying....thanks

did you check your tranny oil ! does the clutch slips ? if non of the two , they it could be your syncros ! which is not a very good thing ! :( a new tranny would be easier in this case !

check your clutch adjustment first. it may not be pushed all the way.
