Need More Power

Can anyone please tell me how i can get more power/performance out of my 1986 Honda Accord LX. It has a cabuerated engine not the fuel injected type. Any way to do it reasonably cheap? Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thank You! :cool2:

well.. in a few days ill know if im parting out my car...
i have a header and a Weber carberator kit that will fit your car and add lots of power... add a 2.25 inch cat back, and a 262 cam grind from Deltacam, or a Colt Cam plus an Accel coil and you will have the fastesr LX available without tearin into the engine...

if i do sell, ill want 250 bucks for the header, $500 for the weber kit...

ahh, this is something we all want. more power! when our search thing is back up running good, do a search. helps me out all the time. has some good tips.

$500 for the weber kit? Damn I paid $345 new or is that Canadian money? I get confused all the time. Do you have a 5 speed tranny or an auto???

its canadian , plus getting stuff over the border would have added probably saving $300.00 off new.
