You, Your 3g, and the next year...

Just wondering what everyone has planned for their cars in the next year or so. Either what you have planned, or what you are in the process of doing.

Personally.. I first want to finish my stereo, and redo my trunk with a custom install.

Then I want to get the rust cut out, and the car repainted.

Next, I have yet to decide what I am going to do, depending on the job I have next year, and whether I get a new car or not.. I will either...

1.) Swap in a B18C1, and possibly turbo it, or not. Either way I am aiming for a minimum of 200Whp.

or 2.) I will most likely do this... Swap in some Integra GSR seats, and recover my interior in new tan leather, and throw on some 17" rims. Most likely some ADR Sokudo 8's, or RH evolution C2's or S15's.

gonna have my car running, and then finish up the body work while at the same time (in my dreams) putting a turbo kit on as well. Im willing to say the turbo will probably be done before the body work. All go, absolutely no show. :D

Very nice idea. Sorry to see your accord go.. but my dad just got a '03 TL-S A-spec before the summer, and he hasn't regretted it for 1 second.

Well over the Winter Months up here, I'll be redesigning/modifying my Erebuni Ground FX. Then come Spring, I'll remount them, refinish my rear spoiler, take care of my rust problem, modify the Front marker light's location and finaly add some neon tubes. :cool2:

I'm repairing the rust as I type this (I'm covered in bondo dust!) Also removed my rice-o-rama stickers... gonna go sleeper with my 3g.

For 2004:

Replacing damaged front bumper with a black 88-89 DX bumper (gotta have my clears ;) ).
Replacing rear bumper with a black 88-89 DX bumper to match.
Build a 2.25 or 2.5 inch catback with high flow cat. Got the cat, need the piping.
Work on my electronic advance conversion.
Finish up my RGB project.
Install a Prelude or Acura hybrid tranny with a nice clutch and flywheel.
And if money allows, complete head work, port and polish, new pistons, rods and a full bottom end balancing.

Do it man! mine is also the 2.0SI, it feels way faster than the accord and the seats just hold you its great

Replacing the lower-front and upper-rear control arms and balljoints, mounting and balancing Kuhmo Ecsta 716's, and installing a nice Kenwood head unit and Infiniti Kappa's all around.

Shortly after this, i'll be replacing all gaskets, tightening down the head, and replacing my fuel injectors and fuel filter.

And of course, all those other 'little' problems... :rolleyes:

I have a lot planned maybe to much but i gotta get as much done as possible. The crappy thing is im still on my break from college but business for me is slow with the holidays and the end of the year so im kinda just killing time powdercoating as much as possible so its ready for spring. I got a lot done i guess but it seems like a never ending list of parts i need to finish the B20A.

So by the end of the year i expect my car to be near complete maybe not the interior but everything from the turbo swap to paint. So im gonna have to work my ass off this spring and summer but school is taking a lot of my time up so i dont know when i will be done.

im prolly gonna get a rear spoiler, kaminari body kit, get rid of the rust, then paint the car copper and get some 16" black rims with polished aluminum lip. wait, that'll take awhile, 1g for wheels, 2gs for paint and body kit, 1g in fines i got, thats 4gs to git in a year, with the job a 17 year old can git around here, yea, right.

My Accord is dying and it's not really worth putting anymore money into it. I'll probably hold on to it until the spring, then get rid of it. Until then I'll be looking for another car.
