I found a website called jujeracing.com (http://www.jujeracing.com/accord.htm) that sells 1990 and up shift boots. Mine is old and nasty so was looking to replace it. I already replaced the shift knob with something new and wanted to get a new boot.

So, I bought a new shifter boot from Pepboys and it doesn’t fit at all. Just been too lazy to take it back in. Since I don't know anyone that has a 90 Accord I'm hoping that u guys know if that shift boot will fit our Accords. Also I figured that I'd post it since I couldn't find it in the search.

i got a slick type r imitator that goes great with CF shiftknob and gunmetal console and interior peices, i just put the new one around the old one, i took the old boot, removed the chrome plastic thing that couples to the stock knob. then i put the old boot inside the new one, so that the plastic ring in it would keep my new one in line with the metal ring that screws to the console, it looks great and soesnt stretch at all

Got a reply from jujeracing.com today:

Hello,

Yes, the shiftboot set at http://www.jujeracing.com/accord.htm (http://www.jujeracing.com/accord.htm ) , is a perfect fit for your 89 Accord LXi 2dr sedan. We have updated the page to list the 86-89 Accord gen (the webpage was an old copy that had not been updated). Thank you so much for bringing it to our attention.

I'm going to order the combo black with blue stiching. I like the oem look but both the shift knob and boot were trashed with holes and spilled soda drinks. I'm sure I'm just like a lot of other people that go looking to find that Accord with a damn cup holder.
