What happens if you remove the air clearer (replaced by CAI attached to civic adapter) and don't do anything about the air suction thingy?

I hope this explains the bizare idle dancing that my car has been experiencing.
It jumps around 1000 + or - 100.

That could be it. Did you do the vacuum line removal mod? I did both and have had no problems.

No, I just removed the air box and installed the other parts.
I tried to plug most of the vacuum lines I saw, except the ones that were blowing air in or out profusely... Maybe I still need to plug a few...
