i'm sure this is a stupid question about the fuse box

(i'm bracing myself here to be thought of as a complete idiot)

I have a 1989 Honda Accord LX automatic

i've always wondered why it doesn't seem that I have a fuse box under my dashboard.

i just have the box that comes out, with a diagram of a fuse box.

why is this?

feel free to laugh......i just can't find the solution to my question anywhere else.

Look through the space where the box is. In the back you'll see all the fuses. Hope this helps.

Get on one knee outside the car and put your head about where your left knee whould be while driving. Use a flashlight too. Its back there, trust me.

hey thanks for the help with my stupid question.

the manual isn't terribly clear that _that's_ where the fuse box is.
