Lower Lights...?

I wanna fill the lower holes in my front bumper and I wanna put some "driving" or "fog" down there, i measured it and its like 7 or so inches wide, 2-3 inches tall, and plenty of room behind. I want rectangular lights that fight almost perfect in there. any opinions? thanks, much appreciated.
