Well, where do I start? My name's Ted and I'm 16 years old. I live in Tampa, FL, and I own a 1987 Light Blue Honda Accord DX 5 Speed 4 Door. I just got it for Christmas of '03 and it's my first ride ever. It cost me and my family $0, since it was passed down from my aunt. It's not in the best condition, but it gets to where I want to go. It's got a good 204,000 miles and it's still going strong. I take the best care of it, as I need it to last me through college. I'm probably the youngest one on this forum, I'm just as old as my car. I am not sure if I want to put a lot of time and money into this car, I just need to maintain it. I got it a couple weeks ago in Jersey and drove it down here (1200 miles) without any problems. Well, here's some pics.

The other cars in the fam: a '98 Hyundai Accent GSi (sis), and a '01 Chrysler PT Cruiser (mom). Please feel free to say whatever you think about my car, including upgrades, comments, or anything.

Welcome to the board :welcome:

You're not the youngest on the board. We have MANY 16 and 17 year olds on here. Also have a 15 year old.

Nice car!

Well I'm Jax, Fl 86-94 then 97-04 a few more weeks then moving to New london, CT. Military family.
You'll do fine with that vehicle, I've got 194,000 (had it since 74,000) its still going strong. I took a automotive shop class for some how to info. The instructor was a former Honda Master Mechanic told me not to sell this car and if I did to give him a call.
And just to give you some more assurance, I'd drive this car to Alaska today if I had too. :cool2:
Just keep us listed as a favorites sites and you should be able to resolve all your car issues here.
Hope this reassures you. LOL
