Well, my car work has been hindered by the cold lately and haven't been doing anything. I got bored and the Accord pics section has been boring lately. Thought I'd spice it up a bit. Here are some progress pics. Transformation of the 3gee from stock to shock! Enjoy!

Well, that's it for now. Widebody is next, then custom evo hood, then evo 8 wing.

Is it really a dual exhaust, or is the driver side just a tip w/o piping???

haha.
Maybe before the widebody you should invest in a decent digicam.

Good work, I can't wait to see it painted.

very nice, did you primer it with primer from wal-mart? the spray can kind or did you get it done? if so, for how much? also, the cell phone cam is working good, thats better quality than my digi cam. :ugh:

no i use my friend's sprayer and use gray enamel primer. the spray cans are mostly acrylic laquer which does not go well with the newer enamel or urethane-based paints. it's like oil and water. pretty soon im gonna respray it with urethane primer. it's alot tougher and more dense. it's the yellow primer shops use.

Lol on the cellcam, but damn, at least he's got one. I'm with a 24mm! But I suppose the panoramic feature is alright.

I love the rest of the kit. not a fan of the front air dam though, but hey, it still loks good :D. I am going to get those side skirts and the rear bumper, but then i don't know what I am going to do with te extra R34 bumper, cause I already have one, I will just try and find someone in town to buy it.... looks mint though :D. Keep up the good work, will look nice with widebody :D

yeah out of all the parts of the kit, the side skirts are the most challenging though. not only do you have to shorten it 4 inches, but the door jam mounts are not the same for the 3gee vs. 4th gen accord's. what i practically did with mine was cut off the mounts and made new ones out of fiberglass. i shielded the door jams with some masking tape and sprayed it with non-stick silicone and fiberglassed over that to make an exact mold shape for the new sideskirt door jam mounts. i hope that helps.
