I'm new to this so go easy on me. I've got an 86DX and I want to put the injection kit from an LXi on. Will it work and who makes one for this car.

honda makes one, and it comes from 86-89 accord LXI.
i would recomend for you to read this before you ask anymore questions. it is very helpful.

it is very time consuming. i would just recoment sell the car and get LXI.

the other choice you have is to talk to sean and ask him about his GM ecu conversion. it doesn't require as much work as if you would do full honda EFI conversion. and GM ECU conversion works better.
No matter what, the conversion will cost you at least $400 unless you have LXI for parts.

The best place to get parts if you don't have a parts car would be at a "U pull it" junkyard.

The interior (cabin) wire harness if a pain to get out and most junkyards will not pull it for you.

I encourage you to do the swap! You will learn so much information about our cars, plus it should be fun! Go for it! I dare you!

I would only do it if this is a spare car. Because I REALLY doubt that it will be a weekend project.
