is there any consequences to plugging up an 02 sensor? (dc header on a A20A1)

you mean like block it off!

Dont do that....your ECU wont be able to tune the A/F properly...

It will be fine as long as you remove the black box... this means you'll pretty much have to do the vacuum line removal. Check the carb tech section for the removal how-to.

Oh wait the DC has 2 sensor ports... never mind.

Anyways... I wouldn't block it off both... since you might want to hook up an A/F guage to a BOSCH or K&N Lambda sensor / O2 senosor

if i patched up just one of the holes for the sensor on the header its fine, so i only have one hole instead of 2 on the DC? carbs only have one 02 sensor right?

carbs only have one 02 sensor right?

You are correct. Just plug the second hole and don't look back.

If you have carb or 86-87 EFI you can plug one but if you have 88-89 EFI you need both O2 sensors
