Is the power wire for the amp flexible ,like welders wire or is it stranded and hard to bend??

WTF?
Its just regular old copper wire. 2 or 4 gauge, depending on how much power you need. And yes, it is flexible.

Yup it's flexible! I have mine run in a few nooks and crannies. Easy to run if you are creative! :)

It's stranded and the thicker you go the harder is is to bend. It's not like one big piece of copper which bends and stays the way you bend it.

I ran an 8 gauge amp wire through a gaurment undermaster cylinder throught the fire wall behind the heater and under the carpet to the passanger seat. worked great. Yeah it doesn't get much harder to bend but it is much thicker than normal wire

Power wire for car audio amps is usually a little more flexible then welders wire because it needs to fit around abjects in the car/engine compartment. However, welders wire is commonly used as a power wire for amps because it is usually much cheaper.
