They should fit fine as long as the bolt spacing is 4x100mm with an offset of 40mm.
I would go with less sidewall, but thats just my opinion.
You will not need a camber kit unless your car is dropped. A front end alignment is always a good idea when replacing tires so you do not wear them down prematurely.

Sorry, a 225/45/18 is waaay too big. It will rub every time you hit a bump even if you aren't lowered. A 215/35/18 is recommended and a 225/35/18 takes some work to make fit right.

you're wrong. take a look at my pics as i wrote. The wheels are 225/35/18 and fit no prob on my car with 1.5" of drop.

Oh crap that reminds me. I saw a guy driving a 3rd gen a few weeks ago. It did not look right from the back. As I got beside it I figured it out. It had a rim and tire setup like what soljaboy2000 suggested.
The car sat higher and has little fender gap without being lowered. We were next to each other at a light and he reved like he wanted to race. It was an LXi. It must have been an auto with no mods, it sounded stock. Well I smoked him no problem.
Very large wheels and tires add to the rolling resistance, making the car slower to accelerate, plus you are gonna screw up your speedo readings.
