electrical problem?

When i wrecked my 87 lx the head lights stopped working, the head lights weren't blown, cause i replaced them with new ones, so that wasn't it, what could be wrong?

Also when i bought the car the right headlight motor didn't work, it would make noise, but wouldn't move, whats up with that?

Any help will be apreciated.

It sounds like wiring or fuses, and as for the headlight motor, check to make sure there is adequate clearance for it to move.
