im sorry to ask this but ive been looking for a front strut bar for my 86 lx-i and was wondering if there was one off of like a later model accord that will fit or any interchangeable ones at all? or do i have to get one from dc thats made for a 86 lx-i? ive looked all on the boards and havent found anything on my question, and if i over looked something im sorry. i know how some people get annoyed with people that have asked questions that have already been answers. so mybad if it has.

Strut bars and sway bars, where can I buy them (http://www.3geez.com/showthread.php?t=184)
I think Ractive makes a front one as well. If you do dome serious digging around the site you can find some more options.

DC's are $150, Ractive no longer makes them and no one has them, some off civics can be modified to fit with some drilling and some people on this site make custom ones for both the front and rear...

Also, keep a lookout on ebay. I picked up my dc sports strut bar there for $35.

that is not a strat bar, that is sway bar. one goes uptop (strat bar) and the other one (sway bar) goes on the bottom.

Reactive used to make the bars but they stoped making them last year.
you can adapt the 92 civic bar, but i am not sure how much work it will take.

lets just say i have a weber, would those strut bars still work or will the carb get in the way?

The 92 civic bar didn't fit my car.... I ended up buying a DC sports bar
