okay I'm planing to replace all my heating and cooling hoses. I've have the upper and lower radiator hose. I wanted to know which heater hoses or other hoses I need to get also? I have a pic of all the hoses that Checkers sells for my car. Which number(s) will fit. as a mention earlier i already have upper and lower radiator hose. Oh...and aslo they sell three types of thermostats: 160 degree, 180 degree and 192/195 degree....which one of those?

I belive the 180 is the right thermostat to get... I don't remember buying a 192/195 one.

The only one I'm sure on is:
303310
- Right side of motor, Intake manifold to Water pipe

The problem with this hose is the 1/2" inner diameter size.
The nipple on the intake manifold is slightly larger making it a tight @ss fit.

- I'm confused on where this goes... it seems to be about the right size to fit on the valve that runs under the intake manifold (either from the carb to the valve or from the valve to the water pipe... but I'm unsure since there are a few small sized hoses with much more bends that could also fit.

- This should be the hose on the left side of the engine... from the intake manifold to the thermostat housing. 5/8" is the right size... unlike the 1/2" that the right side used.

- this looks like the one from the head to the heater core.

That's a lot of hoses when than what I thought. It's just that I saw one of my hoses looking all beat up and about to burst so I figured I'll changed all hoses that coolant flowing in them since I will be draining the coolant as well changing the themostar. But I fixed just that hose today without having to drain the coolant. I guess just change the rest when I have more time. The rest still look in good shape. Thanks a lot though. And my bad about not giving you call today.....shitty weather today as I got soaked working on my Hoop Ride.

192/195 thermostat is the proper part...that is the temp the engine is designed to operate...as for the hoses, it can be a real bitch to change the ones under the intake.

Oh well, I guess my car runs a bit cooler... it's not like it ever gets cold here.
