Im looking at a set of rims and it says 17" 4/100 4/114. What do the 4/100 and 4/114 mean? Here's the link to the page:

im guessing that they're 175 for all 4 or is that the price for 1 rim? Also can someone tell me what the hell a crossover exactly does?

4x100 is the size of the lug spacing, its what yours is.
$175 for all 4? You must be dreaming, thats for just one.

A crossover is device or passive circuit used in systems with separate tweeter and/or midrange speakers. It cuts out frequencies above and below certain points in the range, to allow the sound to be tailored for the specific speaker to which it is sent.
