Which hoses to thermovavle????

Alright I just swiped this thermovalve from the junk yard. But the problem is that I dont know which hoses to connecto it. Anyone kknows?????

that looks a bit odd... where did it come from?
anywho
17 and 19 should be on one side
and 18 should be on the other.

17 is the top most port.
19 is the lower one.
