my door doesn't open from the outside... help :(

my door only opens from the inside, the latch on the outside goes up and down but the door doesn't open. before i mess with it i wanted to see if anyone has had this problem and knows how to fix it quiet easily... thanks. :help: :cool2: :help:

I have this problem too, I may take the door apart in a week or so to check the problem out, hope someone else has some solutions.. its just my passenger door doing that.
