Lately since it's been really cold out my power windows are moving slow and won't go all the way down,on the nicer days they work fine is this normal?

My windows used to do that, but I took out the driver side window and crank mechanism, cleaned everything off, and lubed everything, and it works fine. I've been meaning to do the same to all the other windows in the car, but I haven't had time. I don't know if you have to go as far as to rip everything out, you could probably get away with pulling off the door panel and spraying the mechanisms with a silicon based spray lubricant. Try not to get it on the glass though, I hear it's a pain to clean off.

And you should also take the same lubricant with silicone and spray it in the window tracks, so it slides in the vertical guides nice and smooth.

There not frozen cause they do go up and down just really slow when it's cold out.

I used the green label super silicon from the honda dealership. Its liek 13 bucks and worked fab. Pullt the door panles and give eerything a real good wipe down. Sray the tacks and guides with. Dont get any on the glass its a pain to get off. It really that slick. I meant to use it on my sled this year and see if the clack grizwald theory was true or not. I forgot though. Damn.
