Boss Amps?

I've heard many different things about these amps, ranging from "they're ok" to "they're great, especially for the money." Does anyone have any experiences with these, it seems i might need a new amp for my subs, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I will say boss amps are alright. I would rate them a 5 out of 10.
BUT.. if youre serious about your sound... Save about 30-40 bux more and get a better brand.
Some good amps that aren't very high priced are Autotek, Hifonics, Sounstream.
Be sure to look for Mosfet power supply, if Not Class D for your subs. Crossovers and subsonic filters are a +

The early boss amps were not that good but the later type are good for the price you pay for them.
Dont get me wrong they arn't great but all in all ive had one for the last 2years with no problems.

I'll tell ya man, You get what you pay for. Look on e-bay, you can find some sweet deals. I scored an Alpine V-12 5 channel amp for $250. Retails for around 5-600. Do some research, get what you want.
