absolutely not. Springs are made for specific cars. They are made to only fit what they are designed for.

What is the coil diameter and free length? As long as the coil diameter is correct they may work for you. If the free length is too far off you may end up at an unusual ride height though.

Even if they physically fit it will give you stiff ride. Your fillings will shake loose. The 98 Accord is a lot heavier so the the spring rate will be much higher. I say sell the springs on ebay and get a set made for the 3G.
