so what you are saying is that when you turn the switch they don't flip up?
it could be the switch itself.
try to pop them up with push of the button ( in is next to dimmer light adjuster).

Which fuse did you check? #7 under the hood in the fuse/relay box? If that is good , check relay and retract motor.

Well it could be the headlight motor. Did you try the flip up switch on the right side of the steering wheel?

The relay for your light might be bad it under the hood by the radiator i think on the left side there two of them hook together

I have the same problem, it turned out to be the motor, it was completly froze. Im still looking for a new motor, and bolts but none of the junkyards around here have my car anymore they smashed them all.

Well if only the right one goes up, and he checked both of the fuses and they are good... I would suggest check the motor out. If you want, you should be able to manual raise the headlight if you check underneath the hood.

i had the same problem. all of the fuses were fine and the motors were good. what i found that was wrong was that there is a pice of plastic that makes the light flip out.

how much does the motor cost?

Make sure the arm from the headlight is connected to the motor. Make sure the arm on the headlight is not stuck. Separate the joint between the motor arm and the headlight arm, and rotate the dial on the motor and see what happens. Then try the switch.

Remember, simple things first.
