Ok.I tried to fix the timing on my car whigh is 2 degrees advanced.Anyway,I loosened the adjusting bolts and retarded the distributor all the way!It was as far as I could go and it BARELY moved!Is there another adjustment or is there something wrong w/ my distributor?Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Matt

Ok looks like your timing belt is off then. Time for some real fun.
You have to remove the timing belt, set the #1 cylinder to TDC and realign the cam gear.
Then you can slip the belt back on, shit GET A NEW ONE since you will have to do this work.
IF you do some digging you can get a more detailed walkthru of the process.
Its good to replace the belt every 60,000 miles or so anyways if it breaks you can really get screwed.
