yes it is possible with some fabrication.
a few members have Civic big brake upgrade on their rides.
they had to fabricate adapter plate to mount the caliper.

Here is my setup just to show you what you have to do. You can see the AEM braket (black) and the new one i had made up by a machinist. The kit is great buy you will have to modify that bracket, redrill the brake line relocation bracket and get 4 longer bolts to bolt it all up. The only problem i have had with mine is a little brake pad overlap but didnt seem to cause any problems. The kit is definatly worth it and i noticed it more than ever when i took mine off this winter to put the stock wheels on and this summer i will be getting the wilwood 4 piston caliper kit and putting on my Sei rear disc conversion.

BTW: This was only to show you my setup please dont ask for the brackets because i cant get anymore from my machinist because he no longer has the CNC program nor do i want to get involved because the group buy i did on this sucked and i lost money. How ever anyone that gets the civic/integra kit i do have a lot of metric bolts for this and they are NOT off the shelf bolts and must be bought in bulk to get the proper strength. So please email me if you need bolts because i have a ton and unless you want to spend over $100 on proper bolts or risk your life with insufficient bolts then hit me up.

rear kits also work its in the how to.

THe rear kit has the same issue with the pad just not as much. So really its not a concern. I looked at my brakes this weekend and noticed the wear on the rear pads.

Good im still not sure what im doing for the rear brakes im probably going to do a caliper upgrade as well later but for now im going to just swap out the front calipers for the 4 pistons ones and see how that goes.

are there any regular size replacement rotors that just have the performance look like the holes and stuff?

Yeah there are cross drilled ones and slotted ones available i have owened both types and both sets have warped relatively fast. They didnt seem to do much IMO and are more for appearance if you want better brakes you have to get larger discs and better calipers but they dont come cheap.

Well I really dont care about the performance I just think those look tight on a set of rims any links on these kinds?
