whats the easiest way to get to the screw in the back of the carb (when its out)

It fell out? hmm... I would get a mirror and remove the hood so you can really get in there if you have to and stick that sucker back in... MAKE/CUT OUT a screw driver to turn the screw using some sheet metal.
