Blowing Highbeam fuse

May '87 Accord LX is blowing left side high beam fuse as soon as I switch from lows to highs. this started kind of sporatic. A fuse would last a couple of months. Now it is immideate. I sure miss my high beams. can some one help me trouble shoot this problem?

same thing happened to me. open your hood and put your lights up. since the lights go up and down a million times, it bends one spot in the wires over and over again, and in my case it caused teh wire cover to break through on two wires and when i put my lights on they would touch and blow a fuse. so check that, i fixed mine with electric tape.

Thanks Ryan. I guess the first place to look is right behind the headlight. I will give iit a look tomorrow.
