Interesting Paintjob on a 3G

Ok this has been sitting at a local lot and I thought I would take a closer look.
Its a LXi hatch they just got in. The inside is clean, the paint is smooth, no rust, and the motor is stock. It has 160,000 miles on it. I don't know what year it is because they are waiting on the paperwork to come through on it. As soon as it comes through I think I'll go back for a test drive. Oh crap I missed the wing, I'll get that next time. Oh yea the car is a bit lighter and the flames are actualy purple.

Thats my fault, I had to take a peek. The dealer wanted me to leave it open because it was locked and he wanted to do some basic maintaince under the hood.
It looked ok under the hood, a little dirty but everything was there and looked functional.

Yea its a 86 LXi, I drove it earlier and it was decent.
It had all the usual quirks of a 3g. No radio or speakers either.
It ran ok I guess, but slower than mine.
The guy offered me it for $2,000 after I trade in my 87 LX.
Umm, screw that.

86-89 hatchbacks had 86-87 bumpers. so if you have 89 hatchback you would have 86-87 style bumper no matter what.
looks like the dealer is trying to make some money on that car.

hey guys, don't hate....., I'm getting flames on my whip, but there not going to be like that..... , I'm not giving out ideas, cause my ideas aren't being stolen(hahahahaha!!). That hatch in the picture is a 86-89 Hatchback . It is the same damn car that I have ,only the motor which I blew up has 196,000 on it. So, I obviously am getting a new motor, but I'm not saying anything about my whip, cause I don't want people to cop my idea,and copy it ,and do it on there ride(cause they lack creativeness). I'm all about being original, thats why I still have my Accord.

They were the green breath mint liquid that is in a bottle just like eyedrops. Well I managed to grab it without looking. On the drive home I thought I was going blind in one eye. Dude, how far are u from the taylors-greenville area... I saw that same car and stopped and looked at it, its right over there off white horse rd... Or close to white horse rd... Yeah I stopped and looked at it, I had to... Its clean just ugly... Get back with me, there is a place in greer that has about 6-7 3geez for sale and they are all decent, need minor stuff here and there... We could meet up this weekend and go look at them... Anyways... Nice to finally find someone in my area..

lol, thats the color of a friend of mines 87 cavalier Wagon instead of flames he has purple heartbeat graphic, and silver "SS" painted on the fenders and purple painted chevy citation rims :kekeke: but i'd buy it. and primer it and make a R/C airplane from the wing, but i guess i could put my wire rims on it and and a GT-R badge and go try too impress the local jr. higher's :cool:
